Acute liver injury is a common disease in clinical practice. If not timely controlled and treated, it will develop into irreversible diseases such as severe hepatitis. Endotoxins accompanied by D-galactosamine (LPS/D-GalN) can induce stable acute liver injury models.



Observation indicators


Pathological examination of liver tissue reveals damage to liver structure, infiltration of inflammatory cells, and severe bleeding; Upregulation of serum AST and ALT levels, increased MPO activity and inflammatory factors.
